Amanda Quine

Director of Social Services

As the Director of Social Services, Mrs. Quine  is the clinical supervisor and district liaison for 国产探花school social workers/counselors and serves as the District liaison for the Federal McKinney-Vento and Fostering Connections programs.  She is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a certified School Social Worker and certified School Counselor through the Arizona Department of Education. Mrs. Quine has worked in the Washington Elementary School District for over 20 years, as the school-based social worker at Maryland Elementary School and Tumbleweed Elementary School.

Mrs. Quine earned her Master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio) and has been working with children, youth, and families as a social worker for over 28 years. She is also committed to promoting the integrity of the social work profession by providing educational opportunities through Arizona State University as an online co-instructor in the Master’s level Social Work program and a field instructor and field liaison with the ASU Social Work Field Office.

Elizabeth Fox

District Lead Social Worker

Liz Fox was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and attended elementary and middle schools in 国产探花. She studied at Arizona State University where she received her Bachelors and Masters of Social Work. Liz began her career at 国产探花in 2013 as an ASU intern.  She continued her professional path as a school social worker at Alta Vista Elementary School before moving to the position of district crisis social worker, and then District Lead Social Worker.  Not only does Liz provide crisis management through prevention, intervention, response and recovery, she also supports the school social workers as Lead Social Worker. Liz facilitates the District social services training and meetings. She is a skilled social worker committed to serving our 国产探花community.

Megan Oman

McKinney-Vento Case Manager

Meg Oman is an experienced Case Manager with over 5 years of experience working with the highly mobile and homeless community. Driven by her passion to help families find the resources they need to become stable by removing any barriers that are placed before these families, she takes pride in providing the best case management possible. As a McKinney-Vento Case Manager, her goals are to help families overcome homelessness and become self-sufficient and have stability in their housing. Meg Oman received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in Health Education and Promotion in 2012. After graduating, Meg began her career in social services by working with Homeless Veterans as the SSVF Case Manager for The Road Home. Then, Meg worked with Chronic Homeless families as a Family Housing Case Manager. Upon moving to Arizona in 2016, Meg worked as a Housing Stability Specialist for Families at UMOM new day centers. Meg started with Social Services in 2022 as the McKinney-Vento Case Manager for Washington Elementary School District.

Jolynn Bentsen

Administrative Specialist

Jolynn started her career with 国产探花in 2007 as a Health Tech at Roadrunner Elementary.  She received her Medical Assistant certificate in 1997 from Apollo College and spent 2 years attending Arizona State University.  She has worked many years providing service to others in healthcare and education. In 2023, Jolynn joined the team as the Administrative Specialist and is the point of contact for the Social Services department.  She keeps the department organized and running smoothly and acts as the liaison for the social workers.  Jolynn collaborates with many departments and maintains the budget, grants for the department, and websites.
