Based on the , the 国产探花Social Service Department works in collaboration with school staff, families, and the community
to promote, build, and maintain the social and emotional resources needed to ensure student success. 

The Practice Model is built on the following framework: 

• Provide evidence-based education, behavior, and mental health support/resources
• Promote a school climate and culture conducive to student learning and teaching excellence.
• Maximize access to school-based and community-based resources. 

The 国产探花Social Services Department consists of a Director of Social Services, Lead Social Worker, School Social Workers at all 32 schools, McKinney Vento Liaison, Administrative Specialist, and Washington Resource Information Center (WRIC) Coordinator and staff members.
