Reinforce being on time and good attendance. Call the school each time a student will be late or absent. Present any medical documentation to the school health office and/or attendance clerk if illness will be a consistent, foreseeable issue.

Students may participate in basketball, cross-country and cheerleading after school. 

KidSpace, 国产探花extended-day child care program, is available for students at our school. Please contact our KidSpace staff at 602-896-5015 for more information about fees, hours and requirements.

Uniforms are not required, however, students must adhere the dress code.

Breakfast and lunch are free for all students. Breakfast is served from 7:55 a.m. until 8:15 a.m. in classroom. Lunches are served daily in the cafeteria.

All parents and guardians have a ParentVUE account that can be used to access important information about their student such as grades and attendance. Parents/guardians will need an activation key to log on for the first time. You can obtain an activation key by visiting the school office and bringing a photo ID. If you have a registered email, you can also request account activation online. Please visit /ParentVUE to get started.

The 国产探花provides all required school supplies.

Drop off: Students must be dropped off along the green curb or from the right lane of our north parking lot. Children should not be encouraged or allowed to cross the street except at the crosswalk.

Pick up: Students are dismissed from one of the following locations. 

• Gate A – A dismissal location where your child is loaded into your car in the right line of the north parking lot.
• Gate B – A dismissal location where parents park and walk to pick up their child through the northeast playground gate.
• Walker Gate – A dismissal location where students who are walking home or riding their bikes are dismissed through the gate on the east side of the intermediate playground that exits to Acacia Park.
• Green Curb – A dismissal location for students who are loading into district vehicles or day care vans off the green loading zone on Evans Dr.
• Cafeteria – A dismissal location for kindergarten students only. This area is for all kindergarten students who are not being picked up by car at Gate A.

Acacia Elementary School is a walking school and does not provide transportation to regular education students. Families are responsible for the transport of their student to and from school. 

Students in grades 1-6 may ride bicycles to school. Scooters and skateboards may also be ridden to school. The school cannot accept any responsibility for damaged or stolen bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc.

All campus visitors must report to the office, sign in and get a visitor badge. Please wear your badge where it will be visible and return it to the office when you have concluded your visit.  Please see our visitor information page.
