    The Lookout Mountain PTO welcomes you back to another great year! We are busy planning fun events and fundraisers for the year. The Lookout Mountain PTO (parent-teacher organization) is made up of parents, teachers, and staff. There are no membership dues. If you are a parent or guardian of a student at Lookout Mountain, then you are a member of the PTO. As a parent at Lookout Mountain Elementary, you are always welcome and encouraged to be involved. Studies show that children do better when their parents are involved in their school. Stay informed of school events and activities by liking our Facebook page.

    Monthly Meeting Schedule

    The PTO meets at 7:00p.m. on the second Monday of the month (except Fall and Spring breaks, when it meets on the third Monday).  In the Fall Semester, we are alternating between an online meeting and an in-person meeting.  We will consider the attendance of both to determine the best way to meet in the Spring Semester.  When meetings are by Zoom, a text will be sent out to parents that afternoon with the Zoom link.  The meeting dates are as follows:

    LOM Staff Favorite Lists

    Want to show some love for your child’s teacher or acknowledge a staff member for being awesome? If so, and you need ideas, check out this handy spreadsheet that the PTO created. It has the “favorite list” of all your teachers and staff in one easy-to-use document. This document can be found by going to LOM’s website and finding the LOM PTO page.     We have a great selection of Lookout Mountain spirit wear that can be purchased this year. There are a variety of t-shirt/sweatshirt styles, logos, and colors to choose from.  All orders will be delivered to your student at school. Sales will be ongoing throughout the school year.
