Attendance

Report all absences to the attendance line at 602-347-4011 by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the absence. The attendance line has voicemail that operatives 24 hours a day. Please give a specific reason for the absence when leaving your message e.g., fever, cold, ear infection, etc. Absences shall be excused only for necessary and important reasons: illness, doctor appointments, bereavement, other family emergencies, and observance of major religious holidays of the family’s faith.

ParentVUE

All parents and guardians have a ParentVUE account that can be used to access important information about their student such as grades and attendance. Parents/guardians will need an activation key to log on for the first time. You can obtain an activation key by visiting the school office and bringing a photo ID. If you have a registered email, you can also request account activation online. Please visit /ParentVUE to get started.
School Supplies
Student Drop-Off and Pickup
There is one student drop-off/pick up area:
Enter the school parking lot from 3rd Street. Follow the road all the way to our north parking lot.
Stay on the inside lane next to the school to drop off or pick up your child.

The outside lane is to be used for traffic that is going to park in the north parking lot.

To ensure the safety and proper traffic flow, please assist us by following these guidelines:
- Please adhere to posted parking areas and pickup zones.
- Pull up as far as possible in the pickup/drop-off areas.
- Remain in a single lane next to the curb to ensure safety while boarding and exiting the vehicle.
- Students are to exit and enter the vehicle from inside the curb.
- Parents are asked to remain in there vehicle.
- Entering the parking lot from Alice Ave is not permitted.
- If you are late picking up your child, he or she will be escorted to the front office for pickup.
- Do not park on 3rd Street in the school zone area to drop off or pick up a student.
Transportation

Bus routes are now available online, please click here to access your student's bus information.

You may give your child permission to ride his or her bicycle to school. However, we ask that you provide a helmet for safety. (We request that kindergarten students not be allowed to bring bicycles.) It is also important for your child to use a bike lock. We assume no responsibility for bicycles.
