Office professionals, whether at our schools or at the District Administrative Center, do just about everything – maintain attendance records, answer the phones, pay the bills and communicate with parents and administrators.
The school office team keep our schools running smoothly, managing budgets and student records. In other departments, administrative support staff work to support the District in areas such as accounting, assessment and human resources.

A school office manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the front office. At Shaw Butte Elementary, Bonnie Duran was quickly promoted from an office technician to her office manager position. She is known for leading by example and doing whatever it takes to nurture a productive culture. Office managers support students, parents and teachers, which Bonnie does with a warm and positive attitude that fosters a friendly and caring school environment. She is known for leading by example and taking on every task proactively.
